We are committed to preparing and serving refreshing great taste with care, efficiency, and consistency. We are proud to be inside the university and serve people from all over the world. Our goal is to participate in the local community and continuously improve our products and services.
Our Story
Teadot is inspired by the ever-changing and vibrant tea culture in Asia. The journey started in 2018 at the height of creative tea drinks. After months of market research and finding inspiration from different Asian countries, Teadot is born. By 2020, we finished setting up our store inside of the Nest building in UBC. However, due to COVID-19, the operation was paused, we first opened to the public in early 2021. From that on, we are continuously looking for more inspiration and adding new offerings every year.
Our Teas
We use loose tea leaves and never with tea flavouring powder, giving you the best experience for our drinks.
BLACK TEA
It is rich in taste and colour, which makes it a good pairing with milk. Black tea contains the most caffine in our line up of teas.
OOLONG TEA
It has the signature taste that is different from other teas. Oolong tea contains less caffine than black tea as is less fermented, but more than green teas.
SPRING TEA
Our spring tea is a sub set of oolong, it goes through the similar fermentation process, but it has a light flavour. It is golden in colour and pairs well with fruits.
LYCHEE TEA
Our lychee tea contains black tea and dried fruits to create the aroma of lychee. It does not contain any artificial flavouring.
THAI TEA
Our Thai tea contains black tea and spices. It is similar to chai but a much milder version so it does not overwhelmed other flavours in the drink.
MATCHA
We use premium matcha for our products, they are not dissolvable in water, and they will settle to the bottom over time. It has a consistent hit of caffine, it is great for those who are looking for a long-lasting caffine hit.
